Life Lately: Spring, Sports & Soaking It All In

This time of year always feels like a fresh start. Right now, life is full in the best way.

Between business, family, and preparing for a new baby, we’ve been soaking up every bit of this season.

⚽ Busy Sports Season x3

All three kids are officially in sports, which means our evenings and weekends are very full (and we wouldn’t have it any other way).

The younger two are out on the soccer fields, learning, running nonstop, and having so much fun. Meanwhile, our oldest is into baseball season, with plenty of practices each week, and opening ceremonies coming up Quickly!

It’s a lot of juggling, but honestly, these are the memories we’ll look back on.

🏡 Spring Real Estate Market Is Here

At the same time, the spring selling season is in full swing and it’s been busy.

This is always one of the most active times of year in real estate, with more homes hitting the market and buyers ready to make moves before summer.

There’s an energy to this season that I love everything feels like it’s moving again.

👩‍💼 Growing the Business

On the professional side, I’m also working toward getting my Principal Broker license, which is an exciting next step in expanding what I can offer my clients.

Along with that, I’m in the process of building out a property management company to complement my real estate services. My goal is to create a more full service experience, whether you’re buying, selling, or holding onto investment properties.

It’s a lot to take on in an already busy season of life, but it’s something I’m really excited about and committed to growing.

👶 Halfway to Baby

We’re almost halfway through this pregnancy, which feels both exciting and a little surreal.

Life is about to get even busier, so we’ve been really intentional about slowing down where we can and enjoying this season before everything changes again.

☀️ Getting Outside More

The weather has been so nice lately, and we’ve been taking full advantage.

We spent a great weekend out at Quail Point Golf Course always a favorite when the sun decides to show up.

We’ve also been sneaking in dinners outside at Common Block Brewing Company, which is one of the best spots to enjoy a warm evening.

And if you know, you know, an evening stroll through Jacksonville, Oregon this time of year is hard to beat.

🎂 March Celebrations

We made it through a couple of special birthdays this month, Oliver and Blair both celebrated, which always makes March feel extra full (in a fun way).

🌸 Looking Ahead to Spring

The official first day of spring is right around the corner, and it already feels like we’re stepping into a new season literally and figuratively.

💰 Real Life Behind the Scenes

Behind it all, we’ve been really focused on our bigger goals:

• Paying down debt

• Stockpiling money for baby

• Being more intentional with finances

The stock market has been a little rough lately, which can feel unsettling but it’s also a reminder that sometimes the best opportunities come when things feel uncertain.

We’re staying consistent and playing the long game.

Life right now is busy, a little chaotic, and really, really good.

From sports schedules and spring business to growing my career, preparing for a new baby, and working toward bigger financial goals we’re trying to stay present and enjoy it all as it comes.

Because if there’s one thing we all know, it all goes fast.
